ctype_uca.result: 

  fixing test results accordingly.
ctype-uca.c:
  It appeared that in traditional Spanish collation
  'RR' is not equal to 'R', as Unicode and Mimer state.
  We'll go Oracle and IBM way instead:
  No special rules to 'RR'.
