BUG #12253. Fixed logic the prevented repair when "--fast" was included 

in invoking mysqlcheck.


client/mysqlcheck.c:
  BUG #12253. Removed logic that would skip adding the corrupt table name 
  if "--fast" was included along with "--auto-repair". Added some comments 
  as well.
