Fix bug in mysql-test-run.pl in ^C signal handler. 


mysql-test/lib/mtr_timer.pl:
  Fix bug where ^C would trigger cleanup handler in both parent and
  timeout child processes, causing duplicated messages and potential
  conflicts.
